Catapults – energy storing devices that fling things!

Basic Catapult Build Constraints

• maximum catapult length launch ready = 36″
• design type = stomp catapult reverse engineered from design in supplied video
• rotating axle material = wooden dowel either 1″ or 1 1/4″ diameter
• general construction materials =
  • supplied wood = Fir (various dimensions)
  • screws (check with instructor, various sizes available, but must be in stock)
  • glue = Type one general purpose wood glue

Build Methods – follow whatever design/build process you think is best

Scoring – standard Cornhole Game scoring applies.  Highest score of eight throws.
