Features:
- turned off by default
- can be turned on under Settings > Keyboard > Predictive
- can have words read out loud when you hold your finger on them
- turn predictive read out loud on turn under Settings > Accessibility > Spoken Content > Typing Feedback > Hold to Speak Predictions
