To help make this easier, Microsoft has built\u00a0Scheduling\u00a0Poll (used to be called Find Time) right into Outlook\u00a0email.\u00a0 Instead of endlessly writing back and forth to get a perfect time, try this easy solution. If your coworkers use the Outlook Calendar, it will show if they are busy or not.\u00a0\u00a0You can change the date and select options on different days. Choose several options that you think will work for everyone.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-5 ms-rteFontFace-5\"><strong>Click Next:<\/strong>\u00a0Then\u00a0you can enter the location or leave it as a Teams meeting.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-5 ms-rteFontFace-5\"><strong>Click Create Poll:\u00a0<\/strong>It will add a graphic to your email.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-5 ms-rteFontFace-5\"><strong>Send the Poll<\/strong>: Send the email. The recipients will get a link to the poll where they can vote on the times they\u2019re available.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-5 ms-rteFontFace-5\">Check the Results<\/strong><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-2-5 ms-rteFontFace-5\">: You\u2019ll be notified as people respond, and you can view the results to easily see which time works best for the majority.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div><span class=\"ms-rteThemeForeColor-5-5 ms-rteFontSize-4\" style=\"font-family: Calibri;\"><strong>Some AI Lesson ideas\u00a0to use with your classes:\u200b<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #222222;
