\u200bDo you have a lot of files in your Teams in\u00a0Microsoft Teams that you\u00a0would like an easy way to access \u00a0all in one place? Today is your lucky day!\u00a0 You can have access to all the Files sections from your Teams in File Explorer on your computer.\u00a0 If you make add, delete or change something in a file, you will see the changes in both places. Here are some instructions to help you out:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0 Open the Team with the files you would like easy access to.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Open the\u00a0Files<\/strong>\u00a0Tab.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0 Click on\u00a0Open in SharePoint\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0(you may need to click on the ellipsis to find it).<\/p>\n

4.\u00a0 This will open a webpage that has SharePoint in the top left. When this opens, click on\u00a0Sync:<\/strong><\/p>\n

5. Click on Open in\u00a0OneDrive<\/strong><\/p>\n

6. Now you will have access the files from that Team by going to\u00a0File Explorer\u00a0<\/strong>and clicking on\u00a0Comox Valley Schools<\/strong>\u00a0on the left (that is what mine showed up as I’m not 100% your will be the same name but the symbol will be the same).<\/p>\n
