With Microsoft Forms you can create a form, such as a survey or quiz, invite others to respond to it using almost any web browser or mobile device, see real-time results as they’re submitted, use built-in analytics to evaluate responses, and export results to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
These can be created in the “private space” in OneDrive, where only the owner has access, or in a “shared space” in a group (Teams), where the form can be accessed by anyone who is a member. The data from the Form can also be accessed via Teams in the Excel spreadsheet. It syncs to the Teams storage location and is accessible from the Form itself OR the Excel document housed in Teams.
